Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure all tasks adhere to safety rules while wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies to meet quality standards. Accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks in designated systems or logs. Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues. Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer raw materials and semi-finished products. Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines and work areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

1 st shift: $18.50/hour: 5:00am-5:00pm

Monday-Wednesday OR Friday-Sunday (rotating every other Thursday)

2 nd shift: $21.46/hour (16% shift diff)

5:00pm-5:00am Monday-Wednesday OR Friday-Sunday (rotating every other Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment following SOPs.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Inspect materials and products for quality compliance.
• Record production data and equipment readings accurately.
• Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Operate industrial equipment for material transfer.
• Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines and work areas.

Essential Skills

• Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and written instructions.
• Comfortable wearing a bunny suit and full cleanroom PPE.
• Comfortable working around chemicals.
• Experience in machine operation, assembly, and general production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.

Work Environment

Work rotating shifts from 5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am, Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Sunday, alternating between 36-hour and 48-hour weeks. Night shifts offer a 16% premium.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Queen Creek,AZ.
