Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure all tasks adhere to safety rules while wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies to meet quality standards. Accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks in designated systems or logs. Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues. Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer raw materials and semi-finished products. Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines and work areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
1 st shift: $18.50/hour: 5:00am-5:00pm
Monday-Wednesday OR Friday-Sunday (rotating every other Thursday)
2 nd shift: $21.46/hour (16% shift diff)
5:00pm-5:00am Monday-Wednesday OR Friday-Sunday (rotating every other Thursday)

Work Environment
Work rotating shifts from 5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am, Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Sunday, alternating between 36-hour and 48-hour weeks. Night shifts offer a 16% premium.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr.
