Production Helper

What You'll Do

• Assemble and build products using hand and power tools
• Read measurements and follow production specifications
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Move materials and assist with packaging and production tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or general labor experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northwood, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23.58/hr.
