This role focuses on operating molding equipment and working on assembly lines to produce plastic automotive parts. You will assemble components, inspect products for quality, sort and package finished goods, and stock materials to support efficient production operations.

Work EnvironmentThe work takes place in a clean manufacturing facility organized into small work cells with a few coworkers in each area. The operation runs traditional 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with first shift from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and third shift from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Shifts may run up to 6 days per week for a maximum of 48 hours. The environment can be hot during the summer months, and you will be around production machinery, assembly lines, and packaging stations. Steel toe boots or shoes are required as part of the dress code to ensure safety on the production floor.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
