Location: In-person Rockville, MD

Salary: $45,000 ‒ $150,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturdays

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who are ready to take on a fast-paced, high-reward role in sales. You don’t need experience—we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed. What we care about is your attitude , energy , and drive to improve .

What You’ll Do

• Represent Presidential Exteriors in the community as a trusted brand ambassador
• Introduce homeowners to eco-friendly, high-quality home improvement solutions
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Learn advanced communication and negotiation techniques through hands-on coaching
• Participate in weekly training camps and leadership development
• Grow into leadership and mentorship roles as you master your craft
