Opportunity for a results driven construction professional who is an expert in drywall patch/repair , wood trim repair/replacement and painting (cabinets, flooring, counter-tops and more is a plus).

We need your earnings to exceed $84,900 (this is regular time, over time, and benefits combined)and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you have the best chance to do just that. Requirements:

• Must be an expert at drywall patching / repairing
• Must be an expert at wood trim repair / replacement
• Must be an expert at painting
• Basic plumbing knowledge: Resetting toilet, replacing angle stops, resetting washer/dryer 
• Basic electrical knowledge: Ability to handle minor electrical repairs or replacements 
• Light flooring installation: installing laminate, tile, and wood flooring 
• Light cabinetry: Basic skills in repairing or replacing water-damaged cabinets 
• Appliance handling skills: capability to safely remove and reinstall appliances during reconstruction
• Stucco/Cement repair 
• Must have a clean and valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass a background check (we go back 7 years)
• Must have your own compressor / hopper for drywall texture
• Must have saws for wood trim repair / replacement
• Must have your own work truck to carry materials/tools (we pay you to drive your vehicle)
