Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism! As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide one-on-one therapy, support social groups, use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, collect data on client progress, and assist with behavior support plans.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about working with individuals with autism and have a strong desire to make a positive impact. If you have previous experience in this field or possess knowledge of ABA principles, we encourage you to apply.
