The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement best practices to promote a safe working environment for staff and clients.
  • Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on service performance, staff productivity, budget utilization, and other key performance indicators.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges, implementing effective solutions and process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Training: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational and health & safety training activities, including attendance, assessment results, and certifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and proactively introduce innovative practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of janitorial services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in janitorial services management or a related role, with a track record of successful team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of janitorial best practices, equipment, and cleaning techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability in janitorial operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel between different locations as required.
  • Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish).
