AFIMAC Canada est à la recherche d’agents expérimentés en protection rapprochée pour rejoindre son équipe de sécurité d’élite. Les candidats idéaux possèdent une expérience avérée dans la prestation de services de protection rapprochée dans une variété d’environnements. Ce poste exige une vaste expérience, une grande vigilance situationnelle et la

capacité de travailler sous pression.

Rémunération :

  • 35,00 $ à 55,00 $ de l’heure

Principales responsabilités :

  • Réagir rapidement et de manière appropriée aux situations d’urgence
  • Surveiller et évaluer les menaces potentielles; ajuster les protocoles au besoin
  • Créer et maintenir des environnements sécurisés pour les clients
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme, de discrétion et de confidentialité
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de transport, de logistique et de surveillance
  • Effectuer des évaluations des risques et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de sécurité
  • Documenter avec précision tous les incidents

Pour être admissible à travailler chez AFIMAC, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en protection rapprochée
  • Expérience auprès de clients de haut profil ou à valeur nette élevée
  • La préférence sera accordée aux anciens militaires et policiers
  • Détenir un permis de sécurité valide dans la province de l’Ontario
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en relation client
  • Jugement exceptionnel, capacité de prise de décision et orientation service à la clientèle
  • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
  • Maîtrise de l’ anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Apparence professionnelle, ponctualité et fiabilité

AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Close Protection Agents to join our elite security team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in providing close protection services in a wide range of environments. This role requires extensive experience, high situational awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.

You will earn:

  • $40 to $50.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
  • Monitor and assess potential threats; adjust protocols as needed
  • Create and maintain secure environments for clients
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with drivers, logistics, and surveillance teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety strategies
  • Accurately document all incidents

To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in close protection
  • Experience with high-profile or high-net-worth clients
  • Preference given to former military and police personnel
  • Possess a valid Security license in the province of Quebec
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Exceptional judgment , decision-making , and customer service orientation
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Professionally groomed , punctual , and reliable
  • Clean driving abstract
